Box WebDAV Not syncing

I've tried to set up the webDAV following the following zotero link and my institution's step by step instructions on these links:

http://guides.lib.berkeley.edu/zotero/sync

While I set it up and get the message saying "Server configuration verified: File sync is successfully set up." it does not actually add any files to my box account. The first time I tried, it did create a "zotero (username@berkeley.edu)" folder but never filled it with any files at all.

I've tried to redo it, with a new password, and now it won't even create the zotero folder in my box folder.
