    What's the full message you're seeing when you start up Zotero?

    Generally this would indicate that Zotero doesn't have write access to the Zotero data directory. A reinstall wouldn't make a difference.
  • Apparemment, il y a conflit avec le dual boot w10 et l'utilisation commune du dossier de stockage (ubuntu et w10), ayant dissocié les dossiers dans les 2 os, le message disparait et zotero fonctionne de nouveau dans ubuntu ce qui était l'objectif, je synchronise les 2 dossiers, y-a-t'il d'autres solutions ? Merci
  • I'm not sure how you have that set up, but if you really mean a dual-boot setup (rather than a VM with a shared folder, which is generally a bad idea) it should be fine as long as both OS accounts have permission to write to the data directory.
