How to open attachment i browser?

Why is it not possible to open an attachment directly from my library online - from zotero.org? (Have tried Chrome, Firefox and IE - same result)
I can see the attachment (pdf) - and there is a link to "Attachment Details" - but NOT to the pdf?
I seems strange that I can't do that... Is there a setting I need to change somewhere?

    How do you have the attachments syncing? Via WebDAV or using Zotero online storage?

    I have the same problem than GitteA.
    It is not possible to open an attachment directly from my library online (zotero.org).
    Indeed, i'm using the WebDAV syncing with a Nexcloud instance.

    How can I resolve it ?

    To be able to open attachments from zotero.org, you need to use Zotero File Storage, not WebDAV (or else Zotero has no access to the file).
