Error starting Zotero

This is the error registration.

Whenever I start Zotero in windows 10 it opens but with a message to restart it. The error message is as below.

An error has occurred. Please restart Zotero.
You can report this error by selecting "Report Errors..." from the Help menu.

the number provided in the beginning of the message comes after the report error procedure has been done by me. Further the message says to start a discussion in the forum regarding the procedure to recreate the error for its resolution.

Last but not the least - after about 10 - 15 times of restarting it Zotero stabilises and works for the day.

    Do you have your Zotero data directory in a cloud storage folder (e.g., Dropbox), on a network share, or some other sort of server-mirrored location?
