Upgrade StoragePurge files on group online library only
Hi all,
I've started creating a group library with the synch file option switched on. I have now switched it of since I want to have on the cloud only references and URLs but no pdf file.
Now, I'd like to delete all attached files (pdf) from the online shared library of that group I'm managing. But I would like to keep the pdf documents locally on my computer. How can I do that? I've tried to delete all pdf files locally (with advanced search tool) and synch online. I taught restoring the pdf files from my local trash would only put them back locally since the synch file option is now switched off... But it is anyway uploaded back only if I do so...
How can I delete all online files only?

Like I said in that post, I was able to select the option for one group library and not the other. The one with the option "no group file storage" enabled still takes up storage (as shown in current usage) and files are still available online.
