Upgrade Storage(Unicode Encoding Conflict) - in the name of a PDF

I keep running into the following issue: (Unicode Encoding Conflict) is inserted into the file name when a PDF is attached to a record. As a result the link does not form and I have to click to select a file. I am using ZotFile for renaming, but I have been using it for a long time and this weird behavior started very recently --- I think with the latest Zotero update.
I will appreciate any suggestions on how to fix this.

Solution: Put DropBox on pause, while adding entries to Zotero from such websites like JSTOR.
