One Particular Paper won't save

I have a problem with one particular paper that won't save in Zotero. It is not the journal, other papers from the same journal do get saved. It is not the particular web page issue because I can save it as a "metadata" just not save it as a normal (JSTOR) reference/file etc. It is as if this particular paper is 'black listed'! I think I added it incorrectly a few times and had subsequently removed it from my list so now I can't seem to add it back at all??
