Can we add tags within files?

Its great to organize files but sometimes we want to add tags within files. eg you read a 100 page research document and 3 sections are relevant. Documents can be word, ppt, pdf... So you'd like to add tags to specific sections /paragraphs within these documents and access them later. Can this be done in Zotero?

    No, you can use tools available in the applications for open these documents only. Zotero cannot do it.
