Hi! I use Zotero with my students and I have one student who cannot get her connector to work Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. When she clicks the Zotero connector in the browser it says that it's Saving to her files, but it's not. It doesn't list the name of what it is saving or the file it's getting saved to. I should also add that this seems to only be occurring when she is using databases like Gale Virtual Reference or ProQuest.

I've tried having her restart her computer and reintall the connectors in each browser. I've also tried having her log out of her Zotero standalone and log back in and sync. I also added in the debug suggestion I saw on a different Zotero forum to her Chrome connector. So far, nothing has worked.
