Automatic detect paper information from web-version
I remembered the first time I used Zotero, it has the functionality of detecting document types and related information such as "author names" from the web-version of papers.
Now I came back and tried to use it to bookmark a few papers on Nature, Oxford Journals, and Science Direct.
It seemed that Zotero couldn't detect any information about authors, journal name, etc. etc. Something may went wrong. Anyone knows why? How can I do it easily? Thanks.

hadaxuI just figured out I pressed the "wrong" button. I should have noticed an icon appeared on the address bar and clicked that instead of the button on Zotero bottom toolbars "Create New Items from Current Page". Anyway, this button should work exactly as the tiny icon on the address bar.

hadaxuThis is for Zotero 1.5 beta

noksagtYou aren't the first to be confused by that button. However, it is intended to work from every page (whether or not a specific translator exists for the site the page is on) & people might be surprised if it started to exhibit modal behavior (one way for pages with translators & one way for all other pages).
