WebDAV using www.pcloud.com not working

Hi,

I have problem with WebDAV ( Zotero 5.0.34.5 ) with www.pcloud.com. People from PCLOUD saids, that webdav is up and running. I thing, problem is on the Zotero settings maybe. Can someone help me ? Thanks.

Info from zotero : https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/webdav_services

  • When I put https://webdav.pcloud.com:443/zotero into my Firefox it working - after putting login and password into login box.
  • Loading it in the browser isn't equivalent.

You don't say exactly what issue you're facing, but if you're having trouble, it's almost certainly a problem with the WebDAV server. If you provide a Debug ID for a Verify Server attempt that produces an error we may be able to tell you more.
  • Sorry for that. Zotero preferences contain section about setting File syncing. I set WebDav option, URL set for https: webdav.pcloud.com:443
username and password ... after click on Verify server show box witj message : Please enter a WebDAV URL.
  • Oh, that's probably just https://github.com/zotero/zotero/issues/1291 — just hit Enter instead.
  • Thanks, its works :) so easy .) and I try this all day.
  • Just to complete this thread, although I'm not sure to be in the right place, but I keep getting the following message regularly during syncing (with the https://webdav.pcloud.com:443/zotero link, connecting properly in the settings dialogue):

    ----

    An error occurred during syncing:

Your WebDAV server returned an HTTP 500 error for a PUT request.

If you receive this message repeatedly, check your WebDAV server settings or contact your WebDAV server administrator.

  • dstillman Zotero Team
A 500 is a generic server error, so you'd have to talk to pCloud.
  • I am having a similar problem to dstillman. I am uploading a library of ~250 MB and it went well up to some point and stopped to work even after closing and reopening Zotero. Any ideas?
  • @thierry.nieus: Start a new thread, explain the exact problem you're facing, and provide a Report ID:
