Connector tries to import citation to Zotero, but it won't do it because a script is unresponsive

I have already downloaded Zotero 5.0, and downloaded the connectors for Firefox and Chrome, and they are working very selectively.

With Amazon I think they work, but with Hollis (Harvard Library Catalog), which I use most of the time, they will work with papers, but NOT with books.

In both browsers, whenever I try to import a book citation, the window freezes. In Firefox it says that "A script in the extension of the Zotero Connector is causing Firefox to slow down", and in Chrome the window just stops working and says that "something went wrong when displaying the webpage".

    I don't think it's actually working "very selectively" -- I think there's a very specific problem with Primo (i.e. the catalog system used in Hollis) import, which we just changes somewhat. We'll investigate. Thanks for reporting.

    @zuphilip I can replicate this -- go to http://hollis.harvard.edu/primo_library/libweb/action/search.do?vid=HVD search for "Borges" in Everything mode, try to import first hit -- but can't figure out what's wrong. If you can take a look? I assume this is related to the change in how we handle Primo/PNX

    Okay, that is a bug with the extracting the number of pages which don't occur in articles. A fix is on its way.

    This is now fixed — thanks for reporting. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.
