Upgrade StorageWord plugin errors with Word 2016 for Mac version 16.9.1 (180125)
Hello, I am trying to switch my reference/citation style from that being used by Cities journal to environment and urbanization journal using zotero. I am making use of the plugin for Word 2016 for Mac version 16.9.1 (180125). My machine is running macOS High Sierra version 10.13.3.
From my document if I click on "add/edit citation" I get the following error message:Zotero experienced an error updating your document. The operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error -1728.) @[insertFieldRaw:document.m:1342)
I have tried the suggested solutions found at https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#field_codes_instead_of_citationbibiliography_text including deleting the entire bibliography but the error still persists.
I have reported the error using the Zotero Help menu and the Report ID is 550967046.
Please help!
