An unhandled exception occured

This time it's about Word 2003 and the word addin.

When I try to insert a citation in Word using the bookmarks mode, I get an error message (it's from zotero.exe) saying that "an unhandled exception occured [InsertFieldRaw:document.cpp]"

Is there anything I can do about it?

I submitted the debug output and it has debug ID D1050561849

    I'm sorry to say this, but I'm afraid we won't be able to work on Word 2003 bugs. In fact, Microsoft has stopped supporting Office 2003 (a while ago) and 2007 (recently) and we won't be won't be supporting them either. I have changed our system requirements page to indicate this.

    Oh, I see.

    Well, I've just downgraded to Zotero 4 and didn't expect much but it seems to work now.

    I can live with that, I guess.
