What is happening with Zotero, all citations are downloadig as "web page"

Hi

Recently I´ve been experienced problems with Zotero because it does not detect the type of resource I want to save in my library, Most of the citations I´ve been downloading appear like "web page" and so the information is wrong and incomplete. This is happening in sources from universities, bookstores and even bibliographic data bases.

What can I do to lead with this?

are you using a proxy when save resource?

yes, I´m recently started to use proxy becase Zotero inform me about this option each time I visite a data base.

I have installed the version 5.0.34, sometimes It works sometimes not
