Safari conector problem

Using the Zotero 5, Safari 10.0.3 with OS X 10.12.3
I Got Safari conector. The icon at the right of the URL bar exist. It is gray and display a "Z". Try a lot of page and never display anything else. Not a page, not a book, etc.
I have checked under safari > preferences > extensions, and I can see the zotero extension (zotero conector 5.0.34), with the box "activate" check.
When a clic the button nothing happen. when I keep the button pressed, options appear but none are functional. Even Zotero preference does not work.

    Just the Z on the button.

    A Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for a save attempt or, if you're only getting a webpage icon, for loading the page.
    Safari: right-click anywhere on a webpage and select “Zotero Preferences…
    Even that is not working. I clic right and nothing.

    What it says in the popup when you try to save (e.g., “Saving to My Library” or “Saving to zotero.org”)
    nothing appears.


    The name of the translator from step 6, if applicable
    ??? don't know.

    Have you disabled all other Safari extensions and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the connector?

    As extension I have Adblock Plus and Translate. Yes they are disabled.
    And yes I did (twice) uninstal (form the Safari preference) and reinstalling the connector (from zoetrope site).
    Nothing works.

    Every thing works fine with Firefox 54. But I work more with Safari. It's a pain...

    Did it use to work and recently broke or is this the first time you tried the Safari Connector?

    First time. Actually I am a new Zotero user.

    Do other extensions work well? We have many safari connector users and haven't had reports of anything like this before. Could you try installing the Zotero Connector into Safari on another user account on this computer (Guest might work)?

    I have the same problem as SebastienBe. I use the Zotero 5.0, Safari 10.0.1 with macOS Sierra 10.12.1 The icon of Zotero exists at the right of the URL bar ("Z"). When I clic on this icon nothing happen. When I keep the button pressed, options appear but none are functional. It was a system that worked extremely well on my previous computer (macOS and safari).

    Those are out-of-date versions.

    Even without upgrading to High Sierra, the latest Sierra version is 10.12.6, and the latest Safari version is 11.1.
