I ran out of storage space so I tried deleting some items from my group libraries. Now Zotero standalone won't sync. I am using the default data directory and no errors were found when I checked the database integrity.

Here's the error message:

[JavaScript Error: "An error occurred" {file: "chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/sync/syncEngine.js" line: 1313}]

[JavaScript Error: "Error 500 for item SWDR2VVZ in INFO561-2016-Fall:

[extra output removed — D.S.]

version => 5.0.34, platform => Win32, oscpu => Windows NT 10.0; WOW64, locale => en-US, appName => Zotero, appVersion => 5.0.34, extensions => Zotero LibreOffice Integration (5.0.8.SA.5.0.34, extension), Zotero Word for Windows Integration (5.0.7.SA.5.0.34, extension), Shockwave Flash (28.0.0.137, plugin)
  • Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produces the error?
  • THanks for your help. The Debug ID is D7148504

    Ah, so, you have file editing disabled for that group, but there are still some attachments in the trash that Zotero is trying to sync. That normally produces a more helpful error that can correct this for you, but in this case that's not happening. We'll fix that, but you can probably fix this just by emptying the trash for that library.
