You could've just used the other thread and edit the first post.

A few mistakes in your example there. Should look more like this:
    1. Campbell JL, Pedersen OK. The varieties of capitalism and hybrid success. Comp Polit Stud. 2007;40:307-332.

You can use this style: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:american-medical-association-no-url
As it says in the guidelines it just uses AMA 10th edition. (you can confirm it's that style by using the example search: http://editor.citationstyles.org/searchByExample/)
  • The current Infection Control and Hospital Epidemiology (ICHE) style isn't quite correct.

Here's an example of incorrect ICHE style that Zotero currently outputs .... Slimings C, Riley TV. Antibiotics and hospital-acquired Clostridium difficile infection: update of systematic review and meta-analysis. J Antimicrob Chemother. 2014;69(4):881-891.

In particular, the issue number (4) shouldn't be there.

The two following examples show correct ICHE style (see the ICHE author instructions: http://www.press.uchicago.edu/journals/iche/instruct
    for more details)

    Journal article (examples)
    1. Pittet D, Simon A, Hugonnet S, Pessoa-Silva CL, Sauvan V, Perneger TV. Hand hygiene among physicians: performance, beliefs, and perceptions. Ann Intern Med 2004;141:1-8.

    2. Camins BC, Richmond AM, Dyer KL, et al. A crossover intervention trial evaluating the efficacy of a chlorhexidine-impregnated sponge in reducing catheter-related bloodstream infections among patients undergoing hemodialysis. Infect Control Hosp Epidemiol 2010;31:1118-1123.
  • As per their guidlines "Format references according to the style given in the AMA Manual of Style, 10th Edition" this style is a dependent style of AMA 10th, not it's own indepedent style.

If you clarify with the publishers what they want, then we can see what needs doing. Currently it is contradicting itself.
