I am on Firefox 57.0.4 64 bits, Zotero newly installed with the connector.
I tried also with Chrome. And on a second computer.
Always the same error happens when I tried to save a pdf directly from the web. An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if issue persists see Getting Help for more information.
Saving a snapshot or webpage work.
Have someone any idea how to solve this?

adomasvenSorry it took a while. Your institution uses a port-based proxy and Zotero currently does not support saving attachments from such proxies. Port-based proxies are fairly uncommon these days. You might want to talk to IT and see if they could switch to subdomain based proxying scheme.
