Firefox Updated, Zotero icon won't show in Word on MacBook Pro

Firefox updated two days ago. I run system 10.4.11 on MacBook Pro.

I reloaded Zotero and plug-in for Word.

Opened Word and Zotero icon still no longer appears.

    I can't figure out what version of Zotero actually loaded on my Mac. I used the Zotero home page. It says 1.0 and then underneath in tiny letters 1.0.9. But I didn't press any 1.0.9 button.

    The Word plug-in I also just downloaded from the Zotero page.
