Upgrade StorageAn error occurred...
When trying to save web pages from university websites to Zotero, I continue to get this message: "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information." I tried all the suggestions--made sure my Mac OS is up to date, that Zotero is, that Chrome is, and that my extensions are. I also made sure Java was up to date, but the problem persists. It does NOT happen on more "standard" pages -- library citations, JSTOR pages. It is just happening with web pages from various universities. This is a new problem, as I have previously been able to save such pages. Thanks for any help you can provide.
