error 2049624116 - impossible to add new citations in word

Hi,

In a large document (160 pages), I want to add new citations and a bibliography. It is impossible. I get a message that indicates that the document is missing.
I consulted the page "debugging broken document" (https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#debugging_broken_documents).
As advised I checked the error report... And here I am... reporting the report.

What I really want is to be able to add new citations and my bibliography in my 160 pages document. I tried every other advise in the "debugging broken document" : nothing works. In all other documents, zotero works just fine.

    Did you try step 8: "Try to isolate the problematic citation."?

    It is not "one citation" : any new citation is impossible. All old ones are ok (and there are at least a hundred of old ones". But I cannot add new ones.

    New info : after purging my documents online and relaunching Zotero, I've had no error found in the error report function.
    Nevertheless, it is still impossible to add new citations in my document...

    You I know it. It seems that seems like one of the old citation is broken. You have to find it and reinsert it.

    You will have to thoroughly follow the step 8 of the troubleshooting instructions. I.e. cut the document in halves until you can insert citations. There is no automated way to fix the issue if you've followed all the steps up to 8.

    So if I understand properly : there is ONE (or more) broken old citation(s) that stops ALL new citations.

    Consequently I have to spot it/them by copying/pasting my document in small parts into new documents and check in wich parts I can insert new citations and in which parts I cannot...

    yeah ! that's gonna be fun !!!

    It seems that ALL my old citations are bugged.

    When I copy page by page, I cannot add new citations as long as I have the old ones. I must first erase the old ones to be able to insert the new ones.

    What is the exact message that you see?

    La citation en surbrillance n'existe plus dans votre base de données Zotero. Voulez-vous sélectionner un document de substitution ?

    Cliquer sur "Non" supprimera les codes de champ pour les citations comportant ce document, conservant le texte de la citation mais le supprimant de votre bibliographie.
