Zotero plugin doesn't work for https://projecteuclid.org

Hi, I have some problems when using zotero plugins. Every time when I want to download the pdf file from the website: https://projecteuclid.org, it always says

> An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information.

Are there any ways to solve this problem? Thank you!

    could we get an example of a specific PDF/article you're trying to download? And how exactly are you downloading it?

    For example, when I want to download the pdf file of following article:

    https://projecteuclid.org/euclid.aos/1410440630

    It says "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information."

    However, if I close the zotero application and use the plugin again, this article can be successfully downloaded to the zotero.org with the pdf file.
