Zotero 5 Download changed my language from English to Arabic

My OS language is English and my Zotero menus were always in English. When I downloaded Zotero 5 to my Windows PC, it transformed my menus into Arabic. The directions under Zotero regarding changing from the default OS language to not apply, since my OS language is English.
