As last chance, I accidently deleted a library on my computer and it was sincronised so I can not restore it anyway? I still have the bibliography in the manuscrit, can I extract it back somehow? Or I must search them agagin?

@szakizsolt1969: You may also be able to restore it from a backup, including (if you act fast) an automatic backup in your Zotero data directory.
