problem Zotero connector on IEEE

IEEE cannot record any reference with the zotero connector. it recognizes icons in the zotero toolbar but refuses to import them. I did update the converters, but with no result

run through these, provide all details in 12 if 1-11 don't help.

Thank you, it works now it was because of the rejection of third-party cookies.
