How do I sync so I download my Group Library (and not the other way around)

I lost my complete Zotero library when my hard drive crashed. I now have a new hard drive and have installed Zotero 5.0.30 How do I sync so that I get all of My Group Library entries on my hard drive and do not "zero" my Group Library?

    you just sync -- nothing special you need to do. The only time items are deleted during sync is when you have explicitly deleted them in Zotero.
