Moving the library

Hi,

I wanted to change where my library was saved to, so I did this under Preferences. Unfortunately, this seems to change where future items are saved to, but not actually move your old items, and now I can't find my old library. I have tried searching my C: drive for "Zotero" but this only turns up the new library. Is it possible (please say no!) that the old library has been wiped out? Where is it saved by default? How can I get it back? Help!!

    Thanks, but I still can't find it. I'm running XP, and I tried looking here:

    C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<randomstring>\zotero

    But in my username folder I do not have an Application Data folder. I tried searching for "zotero" but didn't turn up anything. I also did a search for "mozilla" and it only found one folder, which contained nothing but the Firefox program itself.

    "application data" is likely a hidden directory. Show hidden directories and/or type the location manually into your address bar.
