Okay. It's the button on the upper right of Chrome--looks like a piece of paper. I'm downloading from Academic Search Premier, and EBSCO database. It worked for the past few days, but today it just stopped working, although it still appears. I tried restarting, reinstalling, pretty much everything I could think of to redo.
