Upgrade StorageTrying to input an internal citation on Zotero and bibliography is corrupted?

I was trying to put an internal citation into Zotero and it told me one of the files in the bibliography was corrupted? How the heck am I supposed to know which of the 30 files is corrupted? Help would be appreciated pLEASE i am begging u thank u in advance i really appreciate u guys.
