Zotero integration error after upgrading Zotero5

I upgraded Zotero 4 to 5.0 and installed safari and firefox extensions,
but Zotero gives me 'integration error' as below.
"Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate extension is installed and try again"
I turned my computer several times after upgraded and installed all applications, but
it does not work...

I am using MAC and also installed new word plugin.
MS word version is 2011.
Is there anyone who can help me fix it?

    Check if Word for Mac integration is listed and enabled under Tools --> Add-ons.

    If it's disabled, enable it and try again.
    If it is enabled, check under Cite if you can re-install Word integration.
    If you can, try that. If Word integration isn't listed, go back to tools--> add-ons and remove Word integration and restart Zotero.

    Hello.
    Owing to your help, the message for the error was gone, but
    now I cannot open additional Zotero window to add/edit citations in Word.
    Nothing happens even if I click the Zotero icon in Word.
    Do you have any advice?

    You've tried to re-install word integration under Cite?

    In the Cite tab of the Zotero preferences, click on "Re-install Word integration"

    Open Zotero preferences, open the cite pane, click Word Processors, then click Re-install Word Add-in.

    Thanks for all help, I clicked Re-install word Add-in and it said it was successfully installed.
    However, Zotero window still does not pop up, no reaction...
    no add/edit references....
