Upgrade StorageSuperfix in Nature citation style broken

1. open new libreoffice document in libreoffice.
2. click insert citation
3. when asked, select Nature style
4. input a reference in the pop-up window, and press return
Expected result: a superscript 1 in the text.
Actual result: a non-superscirpt 1 in the text.
I downloaded some older versions of zotero, and could confirm this problem starts between 5.0.27 and 5.0.28.
