unable to insert citation in Word

I'm trying to insert citations of two web pages into my Word document. When I go to insert citation, I'm able to retrieve any of my references by typing in the bibtex key in the search bar except for the web pages. Even though I type in the bibtex key, nothing comes up. Anyone know what's going on/how to get around this? Thanks!

    searching by bibtex key is not a feature supported by Zotero (which has no concept of bibtex keys in its database) and I think it was recently disabled by Better BibTex, so search by title or author.

    It was indeed recently disabled in BBT, and it's unlikely to come back until 5.1 implements the citekey field.
