Toolbar icon does not save snapshots

I use Zotero Standalone 4.0.29.16, Zotero Connector 5.0.27, Firefox ESR 52.4.0.

I always want to save snapshots but Zotero toolbar icon saves web pages without snapshots.

How can I change this behaviour please?

What setting do you have in the Zotero preferences (General pane) for saving snapshots?

(You should also upgrade to Zotero 5 http://zotero.org/download.)

"Automatically take snapshots when creating items from web pages" is selected.

Does the problem persist after upgrading to Zotero 5?
