Importing Groups and attachments from Mendeley

Switching over, installation seems to be good and sync seems to work.

1. Can I structure my files into the existing groups or is all that lost and I need to manually do that all over....

2. When one links a PDF to an entry can the PDF be stored on my computer rather than Zotero cloud

    1. With standard export/import, you'll unfortunately lose organization. There are some user-provided scripts that get pretty much everything transferred, but even if they still work (which I don't know), that's fairly involved technically.

    2. PDFs are stored locally, they're just in a dedicated Zotero folder. You can also link them (attach link to file and/or use Zotfile -- www.zotfile.com) but that way they won't sync with the Zotero file storage at all.
