Upgrade StorageZotero File Corrrupted

Hi, I am unable to include intext-citation as well as refresh the Zotero plugin my word document. It says that the Zotero field codes have been corrupted. Could you please tell me how to recover it?

dstillmanBut you should also upgrade to Zotero 5.0. You're using a very old version.

dstillmanYou can upgrade via Help -> "Check for Updates…" or, if you want your shortcut icon and Program Files folder to be renamed from "Zotero Standalone" to "Zotero", you can just reinstall from the download page.
