After downloading Zortero 5 and connector the Z icon has disappeared from my browser + I can't save to Zortero anymore? I have followed the guide, so am a bit puzzled?
The icon doesn’t have a Z on it anymore—it will show the icon for the item style on the page (e.g., journal article, book). You can see which icon it is by opening the Customize Toolbar window and seeing the Zotero Z. Adding some more branding back to the button to aid recognition is planned.
Thnx. THe problem is also that when I want to export the reference to my Zortero library, I get a short notification saying that I've imported 0 files to the library, and when I check Zortero on my mac, the ref. isn't there. Something that was working before with just one click. And yes, Zortero is open when I try :) What could be wrong?
They chose to serve the RIS files in a very particular way that makes it hard for Zotero to capture them, but you can still save with Zotero button or import the RIS file manually.
@ilmourier: And, to clarify, you always want to use the "Save to Zotero" button over RIS when the button is showing a specific item type, as it should be on the Primo site.
For the RIS import, make sure you have Zotero open.
If I go to the university library (http://library.au.dk/?) I used to be able to export the ref. (Ris format) to my Zotero libr. Now it doesn't get imported at all. I've tried other libraries without succes either (https://phmetropol-primo.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com/primo-explore/search?vid=45METRO_VU1&lang=da_DK&sortby=rank).

I don't understand the question "Do you get an import prompt on http://scholar.google.com for BibTeX?"
I get a notification saying 0 (zero) imported at the bottom of my screen.
