Remove HWZT pages

I believe by now, in spite of the warning at the top, does more harm than good.
Could we/would it be OK to remove it?

There are various other pages on the wiki with outdated translator content. They don't seem to be linked to from anywhere else in the wiki, but should we also replace their content with same information at the page above (or at least at it as a note at the top)?

Yes -- only the Contribution bit isn't up-to-date. We require pull requests and don't take code on gist.github.com anymore if at all avoidable.
