Help - have storage folder but not sqlite

Accidentally deleted sqlite & sqlite.bak files, however still have storage folder. Any way to access or rebuild my old library with only the storage folder? If not, is there a way to link the storage folder to a new library - or is the old storage folder useless now? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.
