Style Request UPDATE: [Scandinavian Journal of Medicine & Science in Sports]
There is already a style available, however this journal has recently decided to change the required referencing style for all papers. It would be great to have this updated when possible.

Maybe this issue has already been covered, but the problem is that in text numbers appear in alphabetical order and not in order of appearance. Can anybody help with this?
