Yes I am. Propably I stated the problem wrongly. When I say "note" I mean that I copy text directly taken from a book being in a pdf format. Then I paste it onto the note editor and I save it as a note. So far so good, but when I try to justify this content, the action is impossible.

Yes I am selecting the content first and then i select "justify" but the content remains frozen, that is to say, as it was before the action.
