Upgrade StorageHelp! I opened Firefox and the Zotero icon is no longer appearing and I cannot access libraries!
Please advise asap!

edited November 14, 2017In short, today Firefox 57 was released which breaks compatibility with Zotero for Firefox 4.0.x. To be able to continue to use Zotero, install the Zotero Connector for Firefox and Zotero 5.0 from https://www.zotero.org/download/. Unlike Zotero for Firefox, Zotero 5.0 is a regular standalone program on your computer, so you have to open it separately from your web browser.
