Zotero Add-On for Firefox Working

Hi

I just installed the new standalone version of Zotero with the Firefox Add-on - have been using the Firefox browser version for years. Zotero Add-On icon appears but when you click on it, nothing happens - this is the error code Report ID: 1999080629

    Thanks - I went through the suggested steps including disabling all other add ons & resetting translators. Resetting translators initially worked but when I tried to re-enable the adds on it stopped working again. Then when I disabled all other add ons again it was still not working. I reset the translators again & still not working. Current error message is Report ID: 968654176 in the Zotero standalone app & Report ID: 1528323420 in the Zotero Connector Firefox addon

    After removing all other add ons rather than only disabling them, I'm now getting Report ID: 411264843 in the Zotero Connector Firefox add on & no error messages in Zotero standalone app

    OK I tried uninstalling & reinstalling the Zotero Connector Firefox Add On & now it says that Zotero is unavailable when the Zotero standalone app is open. I tried to recommended troubleshooting options for that & when I got to http://127.0.0.1:23119/connector/ping it says Zotero Connector Server is Available but then it still says 'Zotero is currently unavailable' in the Zotero Connector Firefox Add On

    Is that with all other extensions disabled? If /ping says it's available and Zotero says it's not, something in Firefox is conflicting with the connection.

    yeah I actually completely removed all the add ons - should I reinstall Firefox maybe?

    Could we see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from the Connector for the save attempt?
