Is the OPAC of the Bavarian State Library no more compatible with Zotero?
The OPAC of the Bavarian State Library (Bayerische Staatsbibliothek, BSB) has supported Zotero for years: one could download bibliographical references into Zotero very easily, using the well known procedures.
However, since a couple of weeks the system is not working anymore.
If you open a random book entry of the BSB (e.g. https://opacplus.bsb-muenchen.de/search?isbn=9781843347156&db=100 ), you don't see anymore the book-shaped blue icon, but only the one for saving a "Webpage with snapshot".
Zotero is still supported by another OPAC where BSB items also appear, namely http://gateway-bayern.de/
Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem?
Right now I am also writing to the BSB, also considering that they provide training on the use of Zotero (e.g. https://www.bsb-muenchen.de/schulungskalender/zotero-literaturverwaltung-leicht-gemacht/ ). It would be quite funny if they trained in the use of a software that their own OPAC doesn't support anymore! ;)

1. they are still testing Zotero's functionalities with the older Add-on version as a benchmark. I guess this means that they didn't verify a priori whether Zotero 5 Standalone would be compatible with their OPAC
2. on the other hand, they don't think that an error occurred on their side in the configuration of their OPAC.
3. their IT Department is going to examine the issue.
At any rate, I can confirm that until the problem is still there.
