export error

i am trying to export sub collection but it gives message; 'Error exporting Item'.
while 2 sub collections are successfully exported,
i don't know what's wrong with this sub collection why its not working?

Also i tried to export entire library but it takes too long, never stops, shows Zotero(Not Responding) then i have to forcibly close zotero.

Any help regarding this issue, would be appreciated.

    @dstillman could you check the error report, please?

    @laraibalam which format are you exporting to?

    Zotero RDF.

    i also tried RIS and bibtex but none worked out.

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an export attempt that fails?

    @dstillman thanks problem is solved by itself. when i made an attempt for exporting sub collection to provide a DebugID then it exports successfully didn't give any error. though i don't know how.

    Can you please help me on this?
    When i open Zotero, a popup box gives me message about;

    'Zotero Updater'
    Verified Publisher: Cooperation of digital scholarship
    File Origin: Hard drive on this computer.

    Should i allow it or not? what if i don't?

    I've never heard of that popping up, but it might depend on your security settings. It's fine, in any case — that's just the updater to update to a new Zotero version.

    I used to see this pop up on a Windows Vista machine.
