How to remove border line on bibliography and notes pages?

Hi, as the subject says...when I create the bibliography and notes pages, there is a thin line that appears at the top of each page. I am using Word for Mac with the plugin. I cannot delete the line, or even select it with my mouse. How can I get rid of the line? thx

    likely a topic for a Word forum. It's nothing Zotero does.

    Yes, makes sense. Zotero is calling on some function within Word...I've tried all the format and style settings and don't see where the function is.

    right, but it's also not something Zotero does in other documents -- have you tried looking at the print view? This might just be a display glitch of Word, in which case it probably doesn't really matter.

    Changing views doesn't make any difference. Wouldn't be surprised if there is a bug. It is, after all, Word for Mac.

    I have had a similar issue with Word for Mac and another program. There are 2 things to check. Did Word treat the text as though it was a table cell with an upper border? Did word make a header for the section in question and style the header with an upper or lower marked line?
