Save to Zotero -> PDF attached as link to file?
Hi,
I use Zotero with my PDFs saved to a cloud sync service. So I use a directory in my cloud library as base directory. My usual workflow is to save a paper with its corresponding PDF via the Zotero Firefox Plugin. Afterwards I locate the saved file in the temporary Zotero folder, move it to the base directory, attach it manually as link to the file and delete the raw PDF which was saved by the plugin. I just wanted to ask if there's any possibility to directly save a PDF in my base directory and attach it as a link when using the Zotero Firefox plugin.
Best regards,

adamsmithZotfile does just that: http://zotfile.com/

emilianoeheynsI didn't know this -- zotfile will intercept the file being attached, save it to a different folder, and link to that?

adamsmithyes -- technically it will wait until it's attached, then move & link it, but same result. It's quite elegant.
