zotero's sciencedirect downloader does not work now?

When I go to sciencedirect and login, and go to a particular paper, I don't get the usual full-text download button in firefox (using zotero 5). I just get the default 'webpage with snapshot' button. Has something changed in sciencedirect? I can send a screenshot if needed.

There was recently a report of a problem with ScienceDirect behind a university proxy server. Are you using a proxy?

I am getting this problem whether I use a proxy or login directly.

that's for a search and I can replicate that & we'll look at fixing it but the individual papers work for me, i.e. both
http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S001671851600004X
and
www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0016718507001534
import just fine

Thanks, Adam. I am also able to get it to work with individual papers. So I guess the problem is with search results.

A workaround would be to use this page http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/search and to enter your search terms in the advanced search fields.

I want to re-open this discussion, because I think the problem is bigger than just sciencedirect. Everytime I use my library's proxy server (in this case UMB Healy Library proxy server) to reach a multi-journal site (e.g., ebscohost or sciencedirect), it seems zotero is unable to recognize that it is a full-text downloadable page, and does not even download the citation properly if I use the zotero button. This was not the case before zotero 5. Hope this can be fixed soon.
