Upgrade StorageSync failed, too many retries (report 1422842365)
Using Zotero 5.0.23 and a group library, myself and a colleague cannot sync files anymore. The error message states: "Could not sync [LIBRARYNAME] -- too many retries".
In the past days, using a previous version of Zotero, the sync icon just kept spinning forever. I updated to the latest version and now receive the error message above.
Some other colleagues can apparently sync without issues though. So some have this issue, others don't.
Can you please help?
