Upgrade StorageWord for Mac 2016 keeps crashing whenever citations are inserted with Zotero 5
I have been having problem with my Word for Mac 2016 lately when I try inserting citations using Zotero 5.0.23 with the following error message after having Word crashing on me:
Zotero experienced an error updating your document.
The operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error -10024.) @[setProperty:document.m:1150]
May I check if anyone is having the same problem and any resolution that you have found so far?
I have tried reinstalling the plugins, reinstalling Zotero, replacing the Zotero.dotm file, trying to insert the citations through a new document but they have not worked.
